Is Dehradun better or Mussoorie?
I will suggest to spend more time in Mussoorie as being a valley, in August Dehradun will be hotter as compared to Mussoorie. Moreover I didn't find much to do in Dehradun except for Robber's cave (worth a visit). Mussoorie is better if you want to go out and enjoy nature
